Dr.-Ing. Abdullah Kallash is a PMP®-certified Project Director and Program Manager with more than 20 years of international experience delivering complex infrastructure and mega projects across Europe and the Middle East. He has led multidisciplinary teams on landmark developments including Stuttgart 21 in Germany, NEOM, AlUla, and strategic infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.
